SS&C has completed its acquisition of investment management software provider Advent Software.
Advent has more than 4,300 customers, including asset managers, hedge funds, fund administrators, prime brokers, family offices and wealth management advisory firms.
Clients span more than 50 countries, and Advent also employs 1,200 employees. The firm generated revenues of $397 million in 2014.
