Pacific Industrial & Logistics REIT has appointed Indos Financial as depository.
Pacific REIT invests in UK-based industrial and logistics properties. Its investment strategy is focused on smaller single-let industrial and logistics properties in key geographical locations.
Bill Prew, CEO of Indos, said: “Our combined experience of real estate, private equity and trading funds has enabled Indos to develop an efficient and pragmatic depository solution for this dynamic asset class.”
Richard Moffitt, non-executive director of Pacific REIT, added: “We selected Indos because we were looking for an independent depository with the breadth of experience to support the fund’s specialised asset class. Indos took a proactive and flexible approach, working closely with us to meet the launch deadline.”
