Donnelley Financial Solutions is partnering with Equity Trustees to implement its new document and content management system and workflow tool, FundSuiteArc.

Equity Trustees, an Australian independent trustee company, incorporated Donnelley’s FundSuiteArc in October last year.

The system gives users the ability to store and manage information in a central, online repository for increased ease in editing disclosure and regulatory documents. The platform will replace the previous manual process to create documents.

It is intended to help Equity Trustees to ensure consistency and accuracy in documentation, and will include built-in audit trails and improved verification and approval processes.

Harvey Kalman, executive general manager of corporate trustee services at Equity Trustees, said: “An additional benefit of the new platform is that it paves the way for improved client services, with the ability for documents to be accessed by clients and authorised stakeholders through cloud-based media.”

He said: “This is all about providing an improved service to our clients through harnessing the most up to date tools available in the market to help us do our job as efficiently as possible.”

“We anticipate a reduction on the costs of producing documents as less time will need to be spent formatting, checking and will streamline our workflow considerably.”

Colm Carey, head of business development for Donnelly Financial Solutions in Australia, said: “We are taking a collaborative approach to this project, working closely alongside the teams at Equity Trustees to advise on areas where we can streamline content, develop custom workflows, and implement industry best practices.”
