The Central Bank of Ireland has authorised Sanne Group Administration Services (Sanne) to deliver fund administration services in Ireland.
Under Section 10 of the Investment Intermediaries Act, Sanne will now be able to provide services to Irish authorised collective investment schemes and alternative investment managers, in addition to its existing offerings.
The fund administrator opened it new Dublin office less than a year ago and is planning further expansion in the country.
Phil Godley, global senior managing director at Sanne, said: “Our new Irish licence enables us to strengthen the services we provide to our range of clients [including] large asset managers investment funds, corporate and financial institutions.”
