Saxo Bank has added a dedicated execution infrastructure to its foreign exchange (FX) Prime offering.

The new infrastructure, which will be available to clients in London and New York, offers full amount execution available through Saxo Bank’s direct market access (DMA) liquidity hubs.

According to Saxo Bank, the full amount execution ensures a better trade experience and lower market impact for large orders in FX.

Lucian Lauerman, global head of electronic distribution, said: “We have grown our prime of prime business quite significantly and we are meeting increasing client demand for execution in large order sizes.”

“We have worked with our DMA liquidity providers to arrange bespoke full amount liquidity feeds for this service.”

He added: “The service runs on a dedicated infrastructure in each location to ensure performance and scalability. In our view, the ability to provide full amount execution on large orders is a key differentiator in our suite of optimised liquidity services in FX.”
