Edward Poletti has joined Gen II Fund Services, LLC (Gen II) as a senior advisor.
In his new role, Poletti will work closely with managing principals, Norman Leben and Steven Millner advising on a range of operational and industry issues.
Prior to joining Gen II, Poletti spent 24 years at Credit Suisse where he managed their global alternative fund operations businesses.
Leben commented: “We are elated to add Poletti to our team. He is an expert in private equity fund accounting and operations, his depth of knowledge about the outsourcing model and running an institutional grade service platform will be invaluable to our continued success.”
Millner added: “Poletti is in a class by himself. While working with him throughout the years we have come to know his character, professionalism and extensive accomplishments, all of which will benefit the support our continued growth.”
Commenting on his new role, Poletti said: “I’m very excited to be joining the Gen II team. I have worked with Leben and Millner for over 15 years and Gen II for approximately five years.
