The supervisory board of Poland’s Central Securities Depository (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Warto?ciowych or KDPW), has made two changes to its management board.
Maciej Trybuchowski has been appointed as president of the management board with effect from 10 September, and Pawe? Górecki as vice-president from 6 August.
Other management board members are president, Maciej Trybuchowski Pawe?, and Pawe? Górecki, S?awomir Panasiuk and Micha? St?pniewski remain vice-presidents.
KDPW is the parent company of a group which offers services for the financial industry including a depository for uncertificated financial instruments, registration of financial instruments, clearing and settlement of transactions from many markets, processing of payments to security holders, collecting and maintaining transaction details.
KDPW is responsible for the central securities depository and provides a range of services for issuers including processing of dividend payments, assimilation, exchange, conversion and split of shares, execution of subscription rights.
