ACA Compliance Group has completed the acquisition of Cordium, the financial terms of the transaction will not be disclosed.
ACA will incorporate Cordium’s compliance, cybersecurity and technology products and services into its existing offerings.
The completion of the acquisition will allow ACA to expand its product and services to include tax services, financial and regulatory reporting, Cordium’s regulatory hosting platform, and a post-Brexit EU office in Malta.
In a statement, ACA said that both sets of clients will experience no disruption of service as a result of the acquisition.
