The North American Fund Administration Association (NAFAA) has accepted Ultimus Fund Solutions as a member of its association.

Ultimus Fund Solutions provides customised and comprehensive middle and back-office
services to investment advisers.

Ultimus’ services include solutions for mutual funds, separately managed accounts, private investment funds and other pooled investment structures.

Chris Meader, founding director at NAFAA, said: “With the recent acquisition of Woodfield Fund Administration, Ultimus has broadened its mutual fund administration services to include alternative investment funds and we are delighted to have them partner with us in enhancing the alternative fund administration industry.”

Gary Tenkman, president and managing director of Ultimus, commented: “Our involvement with NAFAA allows us to collaborate with other administrators in the US to bring new ideas and standards that will be beneficial for our firm, our clients and fund investors.”

He added: “We are excited to get behind and support the goal of promoting the best interests of the private fund industry since there aren’t other organisations addressing this need.”

“With our private fund administration offering, which we established with our acquisition of Woodfield Fund Administration earlier this year, we are eager to contribute to this newly created association.”
