BNP Paribas Securities Services and DWS have jointly decided not to proceed with a fund administration agreement.
The agreement included the transfer of DWS’s fund administration services in Germany and Luxembourg to BNP Paribas Securities Services.
The transaction, originally announced in June last year, also included the provision of depositary and custody services to DWS’s retail funds.
In a statement, BNP Paribas said: “DWS and BNP Paribas Securities Services remain in a good relationship.”
