MUFG Investor Services has appointed Bruno Bagnouls managing director and head of private equity and real assets of Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking Luxembourg.
Bagnouls will lead the strategic market and competitive analysis for private capital, with an emphasis on Luxembourg.
He will also lead the development of the private capital client line, including private equity, real assets and debt solutions and will oversee the management of a portfolio of products and develop solutions.
Bagnouls joins MUFG Investor Services from TMF Group, where he was the group head of private equity and real estate and a managing director of TMF Luxembourg for four years.
Bagnouls has more than 20 years of experience with leading fund and corporate services providers, including Alter Domus and Natixis Bank.
He also has experience in leading Europe, Middle East and Africa and US fund services acquisitions and launching fund services activities in Singapore and Australia.
