Banco Base has implemented Volante’s VolPay for end-to-end domestic and international payment processing for domestic and international payments.
VolPay processes the bank’s domestic real-time payments in Mexico via the interbanking electric payment system, SPEI, in Mexican Pesos and SPID in US dollars.
VolPay also processes cross-border payments, incoming and outgoing via the SWIFT network.
Banco Base expects to expand the VolPay implementation to cover domestic bulk Peso payments and digital retail payments.
