BNP Paribas Securities Services has been selected to provide global clearing, settlement and foreign exchange services to Canaccord Genuity Limited.

Part of the global capital markets division of Canaccord Genuity Group, Canaccord provides investment banking, research, sales and trading services to both institutional and corporate clients.

BNP Paribas will provide a single-agent solution for clearing and settlement across over 100 markets, all underpinned by the BNP Paribas proprietary network.

Julien Kasparian, UK head of sales and relationship management for banks and brokers at BNP Paribas Securities Services, said: “Canaccord Genuity Limited is a significant player in the UK broker-dealer space and we are delighted it has awarded us with this mandate.”

He added: “We look forward to working with Canaccord Genuity Limited, helping it meet the growing needs of its expanding global client base and the challenges presented by a fast-changing financial world.”
