Workflow provider Taskize has launched a new functionality, with the goal of increasing operational query and dispute resolutions.
The tool automatically distributes data from financial institutions’ APIs, providing real-time solutions for simple queries, including settlement and trade statuses. Taskize claims that by integrating their ecosystem, companies can release up to 30 per cent of their operational capability. By removing human intervention from the process, firms will be able to reduce costs and focus on value-adding activities, the company says.
Taskize also claims that client experience will be improved, with on-demand information removing the need for multiple portals when managing exceptions. If the service cannot resolve the request, it will be passed on to the operations team using the Taskize Bubble.
Kishan Bharwad, head of product at Taskize, says: “The growth and development of external APIs has, until now, been somewhat of a false dawn in operations. By connecting to the Taskize ecosystem to provide access to information on-demand, the industry can finally collaborate to generate capacity within teams to reduce costs, all while improving client experience and reducing operational headaches.”
