Baloise Asset Management continues partnership with SimCorp

Baloise Asset Management has selected SimCorp to provide front-to-back software-as-a-service (SaaS) and data management services.
The mandate continues the companies’ 17-year partnership.
The migration to SimCorp’s SaaS platform will enable performance improvements across business processes, SimCorp says, with its data management solutions enabling enhanced investment insights for clients.
Baloise Asset Management manages the assets of its parent company, insurance firm Baloise Group, and provides investment strategies for asset classes including equities, bonds and real estate to third-party investors.
Joris Müller, chief technology officer at Baloise Asset Management, says: “The move to a SimCorp SaaS solution will enable us to streamline our operations by leveraging the latest advancements in technology and automated processes. Ultimately, this will allow us to allocate more resources to value-adding activities and improve operational efficiency.”
