NSD launches pre-LEI website

Russia’s central securities depositary, the National Settlement Depository (NSD), has launched a pre-legal entity identifier (LEI) website.
The new website is an integrated portal that provides data associated with pre-LEIs assigned and affirmed by the NSD and updated information about these identifiers to market participants, regulators and other pre-local operating unites.
Information about pre-LEIs assigned and affirmed by NSD is updated daily in files that are available for uploading onto external bases and through interactive databases.
The files are in the unified format approved by the Regulatory Oversight Committee.
