Gate.io latest to join Komainu Connect

Digital asset exchange Gate.io has joined Komainu Connect, the collateral management platform from digital asset custody service provider Komainu.
Komainu Connect aims to reduce client counterparty risk by providing asset custody, removing the need for clients to store with trading counterparties. It was launched in April 2023.
By joining the platform, Gate.io will be able to give its institutional investors the ability to trade on the exchange without transferring their assets, which will be held by Komainu. This will facilitate a more secure and independent investment experience, the companies say.
