Meritsoft has launched a new asset servicing claims management solution, designed to modernise the challenges of coupon and dividend claims operations.
The launch of the tool comes after the company’s introduction of their post-trade automation platform in October 2023 and their settlement solution in May.
The new tool will utilise the post-trade automation platform to provide workflow integration and automate issuance, matching and payment processes.
The solution will also feature real-time dashboards to view and manage open claims.
Daniel Carpenter, CEO of Meritsoft, comments on the solution: “Our solution empowers asset servicing teams globally to move away from the manually intensive processes involved with claims matching and reconciliation and focus instead on the more complex and value-add tasks. For the broader firm, this will equate to lower costs, healthier margins, and an enhanced client reputation.”
