Hashnote has added their US Yield Coin (USYC) to Canton Network, which will enable USYC’s holders to access a diverse network of tokenised real-world assets.

This addition is further said to enhance privacy for USYC holders, as they will be able to deliver collateral across the Canton Network with only the issuer and holder knowing. It will also facilitate efficient transactions between decentralised and traditional finance.

Leo Mizuhara, founder and CEO of Hashnote, states: “The setup allows us to reduce counterparty and optimise capital efficiency without sacrificing privacy.”

Eric Saraniecki, co-founder and head of network strategy at Digital Asset, concludes: Privacy is required to make this [access to tokenised real-world assets] a reality, unlocking cash equivalents for use as collateral 24/7, and connecting Hashnote's customers to the largest network for tokenised real-world financial assets."
