The Blockchain Security Standards Council (BSSC) has opened its first two security standards for member review with an aim to secure blockchain ecosystems and establish a reliable foundation for trust and innovation in the digital economy.
The first two standards focus on asset integration and node operations, and are now available for General Members of the BSSC to review.
Greg Kohn, executive director of BSSC, comments: “The release of our first two standards marks a significant step towards a more secure blockchain ecosystem. These standards will serve as the foundation for ongoing efforts to safeguard the integrity of blockchain systems. We encourage all stakeholders, from developers to operators, to join us as we shape the future of blockchain security together.
“BSSC is committed to engaging with the wider blockchain community to ensure these standards address industry needs and foster a secure, trusted blockchain ecosystem.”
