Solutions and services firm Wolters Kluwer is to form a new division for corporate performance and ESG.
The initiative is part of Wolters Kluwer’s effort to meet a growing demand from corporations and banks for integrated financial, operational and ESG performance management and reporting solutions.
The new division will comprise Wolters Kluwer’s corporate performance division, its EHS/ORM software team (Enablon), the finance, risk and reporting group, and the internal audit solutions team (TeamMate).
The new division will be led by Karen Abramson, CEO of Wolters Kluwer’s tax and accounting division for the past nine years.
Combining the groups will allow the company to leverage their combined global strengths to pursue a growing market opportunity, Wolters Kluwer says.
