Confluence Technologies has partnered with investment services management platform Manaos to provide an SFDR reporting solution to clients.
BNP Paribas technology subsidiary Manaos aims to simplify the centralisation of portfolio data, ESG information connectivity and sustainability reporting for institutional investors.
Through the partnership, Confluence will offer an end-to-end SFDR solution to its asset manager clients.
The service will produce European ESG Templates and provide both precontractual and periodic disclosures to end investors, the firm says.
Damian Handzy, senior product manager at Confluence, says: “As global scrutiny of ESG performance intensifies, asset managers are being faced with mounting regulatory obligations and reporting requirements.
“We’re delighted to make our SFDR reporting solution available to clients on the Manaos platform, providing asset managers with a streamlined service designed to reduce the time and money needed to comply with this regulation, while increasing transparency to end investors.”
Franck Delbes, CEO of Manaos, comments: “We’re excited to be partnering with Confluence to expand Manaos’ regulatory reporting capabilities.
“This capability marks a critical step in achieving our vision of bringing the sustainability ecosystem together on a single interface, for more effective investment decision-making, analytics and reporting.”
