Merck Finck joins Clearstream Fund Desk distribution network

Merck Finck Privatebankiers has signed up tp Clearstream Fund Desk to consolidate all its distribution support related activities with Clearstream.
The Munich-headquartered company will expand its collaboration with Clearstream to cover the full range of services around distribution support and commission management.
The Clearstream Fund Desk services cover distribution contract negotiation, compliance support services for eligibility control and anti-money-laundering, know-your-customer and know-your-distributor rules, exchange fund data from asset managers to fund distributors and vice versa, as well as a distribution commission management service.
