WeInvest Capital Partners has chosen European Fund Administration (EFA) for the administration and transfer agency of its alternative investment premium real estate fund, SICAV-RAIF S.C.A.

WeInvest Capital Partners, a firm that specialises in private equity real estate, real estate asset management and private equity, has a portfolio of diversified properties located in premium locations.

Philippe Barthelemy, managing partner in charge of the investments at WeInvest Capital Partners, said: “We are extremely pleased with the attention demonstrated by EFA teams involved when structuring and designing the product from a financial and operational prospective.”

Jeffrey Nadal, head of business development at EFA, added: “EFA is pleased to welcome
