DMS acquires Oligo Swiss Fund Services

The DMS Group has acquired Oligo Swiss Fund Services to provide services and solutions to UCITS funds, hedge funds, alternative investment funds, and private equity funds in the Swiss domicile.
Oligo represents foreign funds distributed in Switzerland, while DMS is a recognised European Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and UCITS management company.
