Star Mountain Capital has selected PEF Services to provide fund administration services using its fund accounting platform and investor portal ViewPoint.
PEF’s services include fund accounting, financial reporting, administration and compliance, capital management, anti-money laundering/know-your-customer investor services, treasury services, consulting, and coordinated fulfilment of all investor deliverables.
Star Mountain is an investment firm focused exclusively on the US lower middle-market by investing debt and equity directly into established operating companies, making investments into fund managers and purchasing secondary funds and assets.
