HV Capital engages CACEIS for depository services

HV Capital has added an additional four private equity structures to its portfolio under depository at CACEIS in Germany.

CACEIS now provides depository services for a total of 12 of HV Capital’s Special-AIFs, representing approximately €2.1 billion in assets. CACEIS provides services to private asset structures, including venture capital.

Heiko Kottkamp-Ramann, chief financial officer of HV Capital, says: “Our analysis of the German market confirmed that CACEIS is the leading player for services to the real asset fund sector, which includes private equity. The group has proven a trust-worthy and well-qualified servicing partner.”

Anja Maiberger, head of regional coverage for Germany and Austria at CACEIS, adds: “We believe [HV Capital] will benefit from our group’s long-standing experience and extensive product range. CACEIS’ Private Equity division is committed to maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, both in terms of the service quality and our client relationship management.”
