Euroclear partners with iCapital to expand offering in alternative investments

Euroclear has partnered with iCapital in an effort to drive the world’s alternative investment marketplace for the wealth management industry.
The collaboration aims to grant Euroclear’s clients enhanced access to a broader range of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.
The companies aim to streamline tasks such as subscription and administration processes of iCapital funds in order to reduce operational challenges and increase efficiencies when investing in alternatives.
Additionally, iCapital Marketplace will facilitate direct custody and execution flows to Euroclear, seeking to provide a streamlined client journey, from education and investment selection to subscription, administration, life-cycle management and asset custody.
