Evelyn Partners Fund Solutions (EPFL) has been appointed as authorised corporate director (ACD) and fund administrator for Adam Rackley’s Cape Wrath Focus Fund.
The appointment comes after the management of the Cape Wrath Focus Fund was moved to Dowgate Wealth. The firm says that instating EPFL as ACD will help extend and improve their partnership with Dowgate Wealth.
EPFL will continue to provide services for the four funds within their existing range.
Commenting on the appointment, Rackley states: “The Dowgate Wealth fund platform is home to a number of differentiated investment strategies, and the Cape Wrath Focus Fund is a strong fit with this existing fund range.”
CEO of EPFL, Neil Coxhead, adds: “We are delighted to have been appointed as independent ACD to the Cape Wrath Focus Fund which helps strengthen our partnership with Dowgate Wealth. We look forward to working with Adam and the team and supporting the fund”.
