SC Lowy has transitioned from its open-ended liquid primary investment fund (PI) to a new interval fund, said to better align with current investor’s demand and evolving market conditions.
The new interval fund will launch mid-2025, with a particular focus on Asian and Middle Eastern markets. The company says the fund is designed to blend direct lending capabilities with tactical liquid credit investments, and will offer investors quarterly liquidity dividends.
Michel Lowy, co-founder and CEO of SC Lowy, comments: “This strategic evolution underscores our commitment to delivering superior risk-adjusted returns while staying ahead of market shifts. By transitioning into an interval fund structure, we can embrace a more flexible investment approach.”
“This next chapter in SC Lowy’s journey highlights our proactive approach to evolving market dynamics and our unwavering commitment to our partners.”
