Argonaut drops Ignis, welcomes IFDS as administrator

Ignis Asset Management has lost its role as administrator to Argonaut Capital Partners’ fund range, with IFDS now taking on the role as of 16 July.
The £292m Ignis Argonaut European income fund will now be known as the IM Argonaut European income fund, and the £269m Ignis Argonaut European alpha fund will be the IM Argonaut European alpha fund.
Argonaut is a concentrated European high alpha boutique set up as a 50/50 joint venture between fund managers Barry Norris & Oliver Russ and Ignis Asset Management. It currently has £1.1bn of funds under management.
