Wexford Capital and SS&C relationship grows

Wexford Capital has selected SS&C GlobalOp for further fund administration services.
SS&C GlobalOp will provide middle- and back-office services, regulatory reporting and investor solutions for Wexford Capital’s private equity and hedge funds.
The firm previously supplied Wexford Capital with back-office services to support its hedge funds.
Joseph Jacobs, president of Wexford Capital, commented on the new agreement: “We believe that the extension of our strategic partnership will bring us greater operational leverage and scale.”
Under the new agreement, SS&C Technologies will employ Wexford staff members to add to the team that will provide the services.
Bill Stone, chairman and CEO of SS&C Technologies, echoed Jacob’s statement: “We are proud to partner with Wexford and view this relationship as an important milestone in our delivery of class-leading technology and expertise.”
Stone continued: “This is an exciting opportunity for both companies and we appreciate Wexford’s selection of SS&C for these mission-critical processes.”
Wexford is based in Greenwich and manages more than $4 billion in assets.
