ALPS Fund Services, Inc., a leading provider of asset servicing to the investment management industry, has been named the top administrator in North America by Global Custodian for the third consecutive year. The results were published in Global Custodian’s “2010 Mutual Fund Administration Survey.” This year's results follow the success of the 2008 and 2009 surveys where ALPS received the same top honor.
Global Custodian, the leading magazine for the international securities services business, has published its Mutual Fund Administration Survey for nine years and ALPS has participated for the last three years. The survey results are based entirely on feedback from mutual fund clients about the performance of their service providers. In addition to being number one in North America, ALPS was given the highest rating (“Top Rated”) in every category in which it was eligible to participate and was the only service provider in North America to receive a “Best in Class” rating for every service within those categories.
“I want to thank our clients for providing feedback to Global Custodian through this survey. Being consistently rated as the top administrator in North America is a reflection of our uncompromising focus and dedication to providing the absolute best service in the industry. While we strive every day to achieve that goal, it is very gratifying for our clients to validate our efforts with their feedback in this survey,” stated Ned Burke, CEO of ALPS Holdings, Inc.
In addition, Jeremy May, President of ALPS Fund Services, Inc., stated, “Last year was the biggest year in the 25- year history of our company with respect to the growth of our mutual fund servicing business. To achieve this high rating again while welcoming many new clients to ALPS is a tribute to the talent and hard work of our team and to their relentless focus on client service.”
