MainstreamBPO opens in Cayman

Fund administrator MainstreamBPO has opened an office in the Cayman Islands.
MainstreamBPO has received approval for a full mutual fund administration licence from the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
FundBPO Cayman will focus on corporate and administration services for new and existing clients with funds domiciled in the Cayman Islands.
Denise DePaola, CEO of MainstreamBPO’s North American operations, will oversee and be the managing director of the group’s Cayman operations.
Byram Johnston OAM, chairman and managing director of MainstreamBPO, described Cayman as the “jurisdiction of choice” for global investors.
He said: “With our office in the Cayman Islands we have global operations to support our clients across the major fund services regions.”
MainstreamBPO has offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and New York, as well as Sydney, the Isle of Man and Malta.
