Bank of China’s US branches goes live with Fenergo solution

The Bank of China’s US branches have gone live on Fenergo’s client lifecycle management (CLM) platform, Fenergo CLM.

Fenergo CLM provides Bank of China’s US branches with an end-to-end client management solution enhancing its compliance framework, especially in the areas of know-your-customer, anti-money laundering, and customer due diligence.

According to Fenergo, Bank of China’s branches across the US will benefit from advanced onboarding and compliance functionality.

Marc Murphy, CEO of Fenergo, said: “I’m delighted to announce Bank of China’s US Branches as our latest valued client now live and in production. Bank of China’s US branches are dedicated to providing the tightest set of regulatory controls and customer due diligence.”
