SANNE, a provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services, has welcomed ACA Manager (Mauritius) as its new client.

ACA Manager, a member of the African Capital Alliance Group, is a pan-African private equity investment firm sponsoring funds and managing investments in Sub-Saharan Africa.

For the new partnership, SANNE will conduct fund accounting and administrative services across ACA Manager’s main operations.

Peter Nagle, managing director, Mauritius, at SANNE, said: “We are delighted to welcome a client of ACA’s caliber into our business. As the reporting demands of both investors and regulators grow, so does the need for specialist and market leading administration, processes and technology, which SANNE is very well placed to deliver.”

Ashraf Deenmahomed, director at ACA Manager, added: “We look forward to partnering with SANNE, a leading and reputable player with a global presence.”

Last week, SANNE promoted Stephanie Hopkins to country head of Jersey from head of private debt and capital markets.
