BEQUANT has expanded its digital asset offering with the addition of XRP pairs.

The new expansion means that XRP/EUR, XRP/GBP and XRP/USD will now be available to BEQUANT customers.

XRP is a digital asset built for payments and is the native digital asset on the XRP Ledger, an open-source, decentralised blockchain technology.

BEQUANT’s CEO George Zarya commented: "We are proud to be integrating XRP into our network and are looking forward to continuing to offer our clients a wide array of services.”

Based in London and Malta, BEQUANT has been actively developing its digital asset services for institutional clients and has recently launched its prime brokerage and solutions units.

The prime brokerage unit provides collateral management, custody, manages relationships with digital asset exchanges.

Meanwhile, its prime solutions unit offers a digital asset suite, including trading terminals, cross-border compliance and matching engines to deep liquidity and tokenisation.
