Link Asset Services partners with Avant Money

Link Asset Services’ Banking and Credit Management division has partnered with Avant Money to support its recently launched mortgage lending operations in Ireland.

As part of the new partnership, Link Asset Services will support Avant Money through the provision of loan administration services to its mortgage customers.

Avant Money is owned by Spanish banking group Bankinter, which also has operations in Portugal and Luxembourg.

The Banking and Credit Management division of Link Asset Services supports a range of clients, including established financial institutions, non-bank lenders and private equity firms.

Chris Paul, CEO of Avant Money, said: “We partnered with Link Asset Services because of their unrivalled local and international expertise in the mortgage marketplace. With their knowledge and proven capabilities, we are confident that we will deliver excellent service and value to our customers.”

Antoinette Dunne, CEO Link Asset Services, said: “We are excited to partner with Avant Money and Bankinter. Bankinter is the first overseas institution to enter the mortgage market in Ireland since the financial crisis. This represents an important milestone for the Irish market.”
