FIA Tech has launched a new client services and operations centre in Tampa, Florida to support clients across multiple services.

This includes Atlantis, Databank, eRecs and Fees and Commissions solutions.

As a technology provider for the futures industry, FIA Tech’s client services team operates as the primary interface for the firm’s global client base, with responsibility for new client onboarding, client satisfaction and implementation of initiatives across business lines.

Commenting on the new office, Nick Solinger, CEO of FIA Tech, says: “Tampa is a strong centre for financial technology operations and client services teams, supported by its proximity to large financial institutions.

“We have seen strong recruitment interest from highly qualified professionals either based in or looking to relocate to Tampa and we will continue to hire in the region. Long before the pandemic, FIA Tech was committed to diversity of office locations and flexible work from home arrangements to attract and retain top talent globally.”

FIA Tech opened its first non-US office in London last January, having expanded its reference data offering in October 2021.
