Provider of natural language generation (NLG) Arria NLG, and software company UiPath have partnered to enhance their NLG and robotic process automation (RPA) capabilities.

As part of the mandate, Arria will be incorporated into the UiPath platform and will be listed in the UiPath Go ecosystem.

By partnering with Arria, UiPath will be the first RPA provider to integrate NLG into its platform.

NLG is an artificial system, based on advanced computational linguistics and algorithms, that can ingest vast quantities of data — analysing it to draw conclusions.

The UiPath AI-powered RPA platform allows companies the option to automate repetitive tasks and rule-based business processes.

On the RPA side, the partnership will result in better accuracy, improved compliance, fast cost-savings, super scalability, increased speed and productivity, according to Arria NLG.

With enhanced NLG, both companies will benefit from improved speed and increased efficiency in analytics and reporting.

Commenting on the partnership, Dhruv Asher, senior vice president, head of business development and tech alliances at UiPath, says: "We are excited to be partnering with an innovative NLG provider and offer this technology to our clients.

“The technology integration provides a platform which can help streamline automating knowledge processes. With the partnership, customers can easily automate reports previously written by a human with the NLG activity for UiPath Studio."

Sharon Daniels, CEO at Arria, comments: "This partnership exhibits the close synergies enjoyed by the two companies as we both serve the same enterprise-level businesses focusing on similar use cases, such as financial report automation, fraud, credit and risk applications, among others. This is the natural extension of automating both the workflow and language-based analytics."
