Arendt Services partners with Fenergo to deliver improved investor experiences

Arendt Services has partnered with Fenergo in an effort to deliver its investment management clients an improved investor experience.
As part of the mandate, Arendt Services will leverage Fenergo’s Software-as-a-Service (Saas) client lifecycle management (CLM) solution to meet investor expectations.
Arendt Services will aim to drive operational efficiencies by optimising its investor onboarding, ongoing due diligence and regulatory compliance processes – previously highly resource-intensive and costly manual procedures.

The service is offered to funds, alternative investment fund managers, or other fund administrators or transfer agents and covers investors, assets, and distributors.
