Gen II Fund Services has created its Strategic and Digital Solutions Group to expand the firm’s offering in digital, tax and management company services.
The Strategic and Digital Solutions Group will offer private equity fund tax services, management company services and digital solutions such as proprietary performance and fund analytics solutions Sensr.
Additional offerings include the Gen II LP Portal and cloud-based real estate investment management platform Update Capital.
The group will be led by Robert Caporale, who has been promoted to group president following three years as Gen II’s head of corporate development.
Caporale’s career in finance spans 30 years. Prior to joining Gen II in 2020, he held senior positions at Exchangelodge, CPQi Group, Milestone Group and J.P. Morgan.
