Ricardo Alexander named Thomas Murray’s new head of CRM for banks

Thomas Murray has named Ricardo Alexander as its new customer relationship manager for banks.

Alexander joins Thomas Murray having spent 20 years at Standard Bank Group, where he had the same role. His clients included global custodians, global banks, pension funds and insurance companies.

During his time at Standard Bank, Alexander spent time at their offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg in South Africa as well as in their UK office in London.

Alexander’s new position is stationed in London.

Derek Duggan, managing director of banks at Thomas Murray, says: "We are all delighted to have Ric with us to support our growing client base, and to assist them with their needs in post-trade market intelligence, counterparty monitoring, cyber advisory and risk management."
