State Street completes CF Global Trading acquisition

State Street has completed its acquisition of CF Global Trading.
The acquisition allows State Street to expand its existing outsourced trading solutions to service clients in the UK and EU. Currently, the firm’s provisions are available to clients in the Americas, APAC and Middle East.
CF Global Trading specialises in outsourced trading on an agency basis, covering asset classes including equities, listed derivatives and fixed income.
With the addition of CF Global Trading, State Street is able to offer a global trading solution through its State Street Alpha front-to-back platform.
