Proxymity partners with Euronext to provide shareholder insights

Proxymity has collaborated with Euronext to launch AGM Voting Insight.
The collaboration aims to provide European issuers with greater transparency and understanding of voting patterns and behaviour.
It will provide issuers with shareholder intelligence and voting analytics ahead of annual general meetings (AGM) at a time of increased calls from improved shareholder engagement, the firms say.
By using real-time, in-depth voting analytics, issuers can identify trends, anticipate voting outcomes, tailor messaging, mitigate risks and strengthen governance.
