Computershare to acquire BNY Trust company of Canada

Computershare has announced their agreement to acquire BNY Trust company of Canada from BNY Mellon, based in Toronto, through its Canadian trust company, Computershare Trust Company of Canada.
The deal is scheduled to complete in the second half of 2024, subject to regulatory notifications, approvals and other customary closing conditions.
