Stellex Capital partners with Communify to acquire Fincentric

Communify, in partnership with Stellex Capital, has acquired Fincentric from S&P Global.
The acquisition will merge Fincentric with Communify’s existing wealth and asset management business, to form Communify Fincentric.
The companies say that the establishment of Communify Fincentric will address the industry’s long-standing challenge of disjointed data sources. By unifying market data, the platform aims to offer financial institutions an improved solution to data communication and asset management.
Commenting on the acquisition, John Wise, chairman and CEO of Communify Fincentric, states: “Unifying Fincentric's market data capabilities with Communify's expertise in client data creates a strong digital partner for the financial markets.
