ActiveViam elects Magee as new CEO

ActiveViam’s Board has elected Shelley Magee to succeed Kathy Perrotte as chief executive officer, effective immediately.
Magee also joins the Board of Directors, where Perrotte will remain, acting as special advisor to the company.
Prior to her role at ActiveViam, Magee held the position of CFO at Regnology. She has a career spanning over 20 years in implementing front office trading and technology solutions for financial institutions, including Citi and Morgan Stanley.
Commenting on her successor, Perrotte, co-founder of ActiveViam, states: “With ActiveViam’s strong market position, this is the right time to transition to new leadership. I will remain engaged as a board member and advisor and look forward to supporting Shelley as she leads ActiveViam to new levels of success.”
Magee adds: “I am honored to join ActiveViam, and I look forward to working with Kathy and our exceptionally talented team in the upcoming months to lay the groundwork for our next phase of growth.”
