Deutsche Bank (China) has partnered with Yonyou Network Technology to establish a new global financial services model with global treasury management (GMT) at its center.

The now signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) sees both companies collaborating to connect Yonyou’s treasury management system with Deutsche Bank’s financial system. This is said to enable seamless data access and efficient cross-border payment solutions for enterprises across both regions.

Deutsche Bank and Yonyou also plan to develop financial solutions for corporate client needs, including global cash operations for Chinese companies looking to expand overseas.

Leo Yin, president of Deutsche Bank China, comments: “We are excited about the prospects of this strategic cooperation. By combining our strengths, both parties will leverage their expertise to drive innovation and deliver comprehensive international financial services to Chinese enterprises.”

President of Yonyou, Huang Chenhong, adds: “Yonyou is committed to empowering enterprises with digital and intelligent transformation. Our strategic partnership with Deutsche Bank will integrate enterprise service resources to establish a robust global financial services model, providing clients with superior and seamless solutions.”
