Cohesion has entered into a new partnership with Apex Invest, Apex Group’s suite of capital raising, advisory and fund distribution solutions.
As a result of the partnership, Apex Invest will promote the Cohesion MK Best Ideas fund across areas of Apex’s global network where the fund has regulatory approval.
Having launched in August 2020, Cohesion’s fund aims to provide investors with access to India’s equity market, which the company says will be enhanced with the addition of Apex Invest.
Commenting on the partnership, Spike Hughes, founder and CEO of Cohesion, says: “We are delighted to be working with one of the world’s leading fund service businesses. With more than US$3 trillion assets under servicing, they have the scale and reach we were looking for.”
Peter Hughes, Apex Group’s founder and CEO, adds: “We are extremely pleased to partner with Cohesion. We are proud to promote the Cohesion MK Best Ideas fund in jurisdictions where we have authorisation to do so.”
